The National Industrial Court of Nigeria provides an electronic filing system (e-Filing) that allows litigants, legal practitioners, and parties to file court processes digitally. Documents can be scanned to PDF and emailed to the registry or submitted through the e-Filing portal where permitted.

How to File Electronically
Register on the NICN e-Filing portal using your valid email address and NIN/BVN verification.
Scan all court documents to PDF format. Ensure documents are legible and correctly ordered.
Complete the electronic originating process form with accurate case details and parties' information.
Upload your scanned documents and pay the prescribed filing fees online via secure payment.
Get an acknowledgement email with your suit number and court schedule details.
Filing Requirements
- ✓Valid means of identification (NIN, BVN, Driver's License or International Passport)
- ✓Scanned copies of all originating process documents in PDF format
- ✓Duly completed and signed Statement of Claim or Originating Summons
- ✓List of witnesses and their statements (where applicable)
- ✓Filing fees payment receipt or bank evidence of payment
